Online logbook shows 1 less QSO than my logbook... why?

My current HRD v5 logbook shows me as having 356 QSO's but when I check at HRDlog.net it shows 1 less QSO. Why is this happening? I've noticed this a couple of times and even though I uploaded my current logbook each time HRDlog.net shows one QSO less.

Also, I incorporated the script to show my last 15 QSO's on my blog... http://ei8kf.blog.com/ but the country count is also out. Since 9th of March I have worked 65 countries/entities but the map display at present says I've worked 60. Any idea why this is happening?

I have an similar issue. At the moment I have 78 countries in the DXCC list and Map, but in the last notification email it was 77. The twitter feed shows 77 countries and HRD itself show 77 countries in common. I found an ??? entry in the DXCC list, which is from DT5A (Korea). Perhaps this is the 1 more country.
