logbook qsl sent and received date issue

I don't know where else to put this so...........
I have an issue in HRD logbook, version 5.11 build 3216 and previouse flavors also...

I am running a pc with windows 7, 64 bit.
I must admit I think this is a computer issue rather than HRD issue but I hope someone can help me.

I have my logbook set up to show the date when a qsl card was mailed and when one was received.
Logbook currently shows the date of the qso for both items, automatically.
In essence, if I have a had a qso on April 26, 2012 it populates both date fields with that date.

This started 5 or 6 months ago. I completely uninstalled HRD (a tediouse task).
Reinstalled from scratch, still have issue. Have updated versions of HRD as they have come out.
No joy.
For qso's that occured prior to start of this issue starting, the dates are skewed.
I have attached 3 screen shots that show the issue.

Any suggestions?
